Responsibilities include:
General Reception Duties
- Answering a busy 6 line phone system
- Routing calls to the appropriate person
- Relaying messages and administering the voicemail system Mail, fax and courier parcels (inbound and outbound)
- Email inquiries
- Greeting guests and notifying staff of their arrival
- Processing and submitting credit applications to our underwriters
- Preparing quotes and contracts Entering sales and customer data into our system
- Running reports and Marketing correspondence
- Processing customer inquiries in a pleasant and proficient manner
- Following-up with customers and vendors via phone, fax and email
The successful candidate:

- Is willing to take initiative, ask questions, recognize opportunities and solve problems as they arise
- Will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
Experience: English communication skills, verbal and written, are extremely important. Personable and well presented is important as they will be at our front desk reception. We handle confidential consumer credit information, so a high degree of integrity and confidentiality is a must. Experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance agency, mortgage broker) would be preferred
