Job Description/Duties: The Bistro Server''s main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to guests; ensuring guests feel welcomed and are left with a positive impressions. The position alternates duties, from providing food and cashier services for our guests in Splash Bistro, to coffee cart service for our guests on the floor.
This is a unionized position.
Job Requirements:
- Serving It Right Certificate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, outgoing and professional
- Strong conflict resolution, initiative and decision making skills
- Respectful approach and demeanour
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Lift Capacity (lbs): 25 LBS
Experience: Serving it Right and previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
Food Safe Certificate is an asset
