Building Opportunities with Business

BOB works to increase employment opportunities for inner-city residents through inner-city workforce development, employment readiness assessments, skill development training, job postings, and job retention and support.

As a BOB partner agency you will:

• Receive regular update emails about job postings available to inner-city applicants.
• Refer individuals to custom training programs and job placements through BOB.
• Access post employment support for individuals you refer to BOB.
• Have access to the Work Force Development Funds in providing additional training or certification for individuals that are employed or will be employed.
